- Tech/Materials needed: Frontend in React (Vite), Backend in Node.js/Express (or Python FastAPI), PostgreSQL database, Redis for queues (optional), OAuth with Google/GitHub, hosting on Vercel (frontend) and Heroku/AWS (backend), sample dataset and onboarding docs, GitHub repo for collaboration.

- Description/Status: Planned prototype to be built after the MVP; collects time-use data and task taxonomy from teams to identify busywork and suggest redesigns for higher meaning.
