Every night, we gather for a 60-90 minute livestream session where we:

  2. Gather insights from the community through chat, polls, and call-ins
  3. Capture everything in real-time with AI assistance
  4. Synthesize insights into actionable prototypes
  5. Build a living library of civic solutions
